Multi-channel controller – modular, synchronous and highly precise
The capacitive multi-channel controllers offer maximum flexibility for industrial measurement tasks. The modular system is scalable from 1 to 8 channels and is ideally suited for large measurement arrangements. The channels can be synchronized and combined arithmetically, enabling precise and reproducible measurement results to be achieved even in dynamic applications. In addition, the capaNCDT controllers enable non-contact target grounding to increase signal stability.
Sensor and controller replacement without calibration
The capaNCDT systems enable quick and easy sensor replacement in just a few seconds. Sensors with different measuring ranges and different controllers can be exchanged without recalibration. In contrast to conventional systems, which have to be calibrated and linearized after a sensor replacement, capaNCDT systems remain ready for immediate use.
Designed for industry
The capacitive controllers from Micro-Epsilon combine innovative measurement technology with a consistently industrial-grade design: robust metal housings, dirt and water-resistant versions as well as high shock and vibration resistance. Due to numerous interfaces, they can be flexibly integrated into machines and systems. Robust triaxial cables and optionally available external preamplifiers ensure consistently reliable signal quality for secure, reliable signal transmission even under harsh conditions.
Simple operation via web interface
An integrated web interface offers user-friendly operation and can be accessed directly via a web browser without any complex software installation. Setup and configuration, data processing and visualization can be performed quickly and easily via the convenient user interface. Setups can be saved and loaded so that the configuration can be easily transferred to other controllers. Up to 8 channels can be visualized simultaneously and linked arithmetically.
