The capaNCDT 6500 is an extremely powerful controller for non-contact displacement, distance and position measurements whenever nanometer precision is required. With a high measuring rate, it is also suitable for measurement tasks with fast movements. In addition to the analog output, an Ethernet and a real-time capable EtherCAT interface are also available. Up to 8 sensors can be operated per controller. All sensors from the portfolio are compatible.

The DT6500 controller enables synchronous operation of up to eight measuring channels, which is ideal for applications where several measured values need to be acquired simultaneously. Integrated mathematical functions allow the individual signals to be calculated without external evaluation unit.

For larger setups, several controllers can be synchronized externally. This means that more than 8 sensors can be operated in parallel without the sensors influencing each other. This ensures stable and consistently precise measurement values, even in complex multi-channel applications.

The measuring system consists of a controller with integrated display and one demodulator per sensor, which are combined in a rack. The two available controller racks offer space for up to 2 or up to 8 demodulators. A powerful demodulator is available which can, depending on the application, be operated with an integrated or remote preamplifier. Both versions are compatible with all Micro-Epsilon sensor models.

The DT6500 controller features the parallel and absolutely synchronous operation of up to four measuring channels, which is ideal for applications where multiple measured values have to be acquired at the same time, and reliably compared with each other. Due to integrated mathematical functions, the signals can be linked and calculated directly in the controller without any detours via external evaluation units.

External synchronization of several controllers is also available for larger setups. This means that more than four sensors can be used in parallel and mutual interference between the sensors is avoided. The result: reliable, consistently precise measurement values even in demanding multi-sensor applications.

透過網頁介面實現簡單操作

Due to a user-friendly web interface, no additional software is necessary to configure the controller and the sensors. The web interface can be accessed via Ethernet and provides set up and configuration options. This makes it easy to apply filters, arithmetic operations and other parameters such as trigger functions, storage over measurement values and linearization.
